Rates & free shipping
Free plastic-free shipping on all orders over P2,500. Orders below that are a flat P149 nationwide. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are packed within 1-2 business days. Metro Manila delivery takes 2-3 business days; provincial addresses 4-7. Pre-order and made-to-colour items list their own timelines on the product page.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't moved in 48 hours, email hello@lunched.co and we'll chase it down.
