  • Are they really air fryer-safe and microwavable lunchboxes?

    Yes! Our silicone lunchboxes can be used in the air fryer and microwave as good quality silicones in general can withstand heat.

  • How long can I air fry or microwave my lunchbox?

    You can air fry and microwave your lunchbox till your food is ready or has been cooked, as long as the settings do not go beyond 250 degrees.

  • Can I use my lunchbox in the oven?

    You may use your lunchbox in convection-type ovens only.

  • How do I remove the stains left by my food?

    You can immediately remove the stains by using kitchen bleach; or You may use Bubbly Buddy to get rid of the stains and the smell of your lunchbox (can be said when this product has been released)

  • How do I remove the smell from my lunchbox?
    • You may soak your lunchbox in hot water for an hour.
    • You may use water and vinegar to get rid of the smell.
    • You can reset it in the oven for 30 minutes or have it sun dried.
  • What are they made of?

    Our lunchboxes are made out of food-grade silicone!

  • Will the colors fade away?

    We can assure you the colors won’t fade away due to its composition.

  • Are they food-safe?

    Yes, our lunchboxes are food-grade, BPA and phthalate-free.

  • Should I remove the lid or lift the air pockets instead when I’m air frying or microwaving my lunchbox?

    You may do either way but we suggest having the lid off the lunchbox before cooking or heating.

  • Won’t your lunchboxes get mold?

    As long as your lunchboxes were cleaned thoroughly and have been dried properly before storing, they won’t get mold.

  • Can I use my lunchboxes for steaming too?

    Yes! Our lunchboxes are steam-proof as well.

  • Are they really leak-proof?

    Yes, as the lids of our lunchboxes contain double lining unlike typical containers that require gaskets to seal the lids.

  • What can I put in the 300ml lunchboxes?

    You can use our 300ml lunchboxes for snacks, small portions of food, and little hands!

  • What can I put in my 400ml lunchboxes?

    You can have pastas, light meals or portions of food, and bread inside your 400ml lunchboxes.

  • What can I put in my 700ml lunchboxes?

    You can pack heavy or complete meals into your 700ml lunchboxes!
