30-day returns
Changed your mind? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return
Email hello@lunched.co with your order number and which items you're returning. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days. Card refunds may take an extra few days to appear depending on your bank.
The 10-year promise
Beyond the 30-day window, every box is covered for 10 years against wear, warping, or splitting under normal home use. We'll replace it free - just email us your order details.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, used items can only be returned under the warranty (not the 30-day change-of-mind window). Gift cards and final-sale items are non-refundable.
